Amby Valley is the first privately run township in India to have a regular air service from Mumbai.
Aamby Valley city, located near Lonavala  is a prestigious township developed by the Sahara Group.
Spread over 10,000 acres of land, Amby Valley township is equipped with the latest amenities at par with international standards.
Six flights, mainly operated by small aircraft with seating capacities of eight to 18, will fly initially from Friday to Monday between Mumbai- Aamby Valley
At least 1,500 fliers are expected to use the service on weekends and around 8,000 to 10,000 monthly. The airport was built at a cost of Rs 80 crore.
